We offer fast shipping on all Vivura orders. Once your order has been processed, expect delivery within a few business days.

Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Vivura is not responsible for any customs delays or additional charges incurred during international shipping. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you are unsure about potential fees.

Please note that customs processing times may vary by country and can occasionally cause delays beyond our estimated delivery windows. If your order is held at customs, we are unable to intervene on your behalf but are happy to assist with any documentation you may need.

Refused or unclaimed packages that are returned to us due to unpaid customs fees will not be eligible for a refund of the original shipping cost.
