Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at infotryvivura@gmail.com as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In that case, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy once you receive your package.

For subscription cancellations, you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal. If you need assistance, reach out to us at infotryvivura@gmail.com and we'll help you right away.
